Our employees are trained and recruited under the Ekarma Programme. It is an initiative by the department of Higher Education in the state of Haryana, India. The program aims to provide free training on digital skills and help the youth of India gain meaningful employment in the technology sector.

We run this program at our five training centers in Tier 2-3 cities of the state viz. Panchkula, Karnal, Hisar, Faridabad and Gurugram. Part of our program curriculum provides specific data analysis and annotation skill sets to the participant youth to give them an opportunity to work at AIsmartz. We are working with the state governments in India for generating employment avenues to absorb the world’s biggest and most youthful demographic dividend.
