Our Impact

While 15 million youngsters enter the Indian workforce annually , over 75 per cent of them are not job ready.

At AIsmartz, we believe in bringing a measurable impact. We don’t see AI just as a means to business, but as a technology that can generate meaningful employment in developing countries with an unemployed young demographic dividend like that of India. While the vision of our company is to unlock the potential of scalable data labeling offerings, we believe data set accuracy can be coupled with job creation for computer science and data background unemployed youth of India.

To date, we have helped 2000+ graduates gain necessary skills and experience through our various partnerships with the Indian Government, and have either placed them in rewarding careers or absorbed them in our group companies. AIsmartz believes that in our collective effort, we can make our youth inclusive in the journey of building an artificially intelligent world. While we are enriching datasets for a robust machine learning process, we are also enriching the lives of thousands of unemployed, soft skilled Indian youth.

Our eKarma Training Centers

Our employees are trained under the Ekarma Training Programme. It is an initiative by the department of Higher Education in the state of Haryana, India. In addition to essential digital (tech programming and designing) skill sets, the program aims to provide free training on data analysis and annotation skills to help the youth of Haryana to gain meaningful employment in the AI technology sector.
